Before we touch any tool or write any copy, we need to understand your specific situation. In this session we map your current lead flow from first contact to closed deal, identify exactly where prospects are dropping off and why, calculate the rough revenue cost of your current conversion gap, and show you what a working funnel looks like for your specific business and sales cycle.

This session is genuinely useful whether you work with us or not. You leave with a diagnosis. If we’re the right fit to fix it, we’ll tell you. If you need something different, we’ll tell you that too.

Proposal and Scope Lock

Delivered within 48 hours of the audit

If we’re a fit, you receive a written proposal within 48 hours. It contains exact deliverables listed by name, no vague descriptions, fixed price with no hidden fees or surprise invoices, a delivery timeline with milestones, a client response SLA, meaning we need your feedback within 48 hours of each milestone or the timeline shifts accordingly, and payment terms: 50% upfront, 50% before final delivery.

This is where scope gets locked. What’s in the proposal is what gets built. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work begins.

You leave with: A signed agreement with exact deliverables, price, and timeline. No ambiguity.

Build and Review

3 to 7 weeks depending on package

We build in structured milestones. Each milestone has a specific deliverable and a review window. You don’t wait until the end to see what we’ve built, you review each piece as it’s completed and give feedback before we move to the next. Milestone structure: Week 1, Strategy finalized and approved. Week 2, Pages built and copy written. Week 3, Automations connected and sequences live in staging. Week 4+, Testing, refinement, and final review.

One rule that protects both sides: if we don’t receive your feedback within 48 hours of a review request, the timeline extends by the same number of days. This isn’t a penalty, it’s how we keep every project on track and profitable enough to give you our full attention.

Launch and Optimize

30 to 60 days post-launch

Going live is not the finish line. The first 30 days after launch are where we track real data and fix what the testing didn’t catch. We monitor opt-in page conversion rate, email open and click rates, audit booking rate, and lead-to-proposal conversion. If something isn’t performing, we diagnose and fix it within the support window included in your package.

You receive a monthly performance report with the metrics that matter. Not vanity numbers. Leads captured, calls booked, conversions.
